Frank Caldwell's Avalon Bay Charcoal #38/275
I have a Frank Caldwell painting that looks like a charcoal. It is labeld 35/275 and is labeled Avalon Bay and has the artists signature. I know it is not the original but is the 35th print out of 275. It does not have the year of the painting. Can you tell me anything about this painting.
