I have in my possesion and art collection a Christmas card dated Christmas 1935 Montana. It is addressed to Dear Hi and Pearl:- Then Olaf writes. Walter, Ma and myself wishes you both Seasons Greetings. and good luck in 1936. Olaf . It is a christmas candle in water color with holy in green and red. Who was Hi and Pearl ?

Olaf was related to my mom's father, Otto Nielsen, who moved to great Falls MT from Copenhagen around the same time as Olaf. If Olaf was anything like Otto, he was quite an interesting character. I plan to ask my mom more about both of them sometime soon.
