Redfield Record at Auction
"THE VILLAGE OF CARVERSVILLE," a large oil by Redfield, sold yesterday at Freemans Auction in Philadelphia and appears to have established a new record for the artist's work.
The hammer fell at $470,000, with proceeds of the sale set to benefit the American Red Cross !
