Ripley Illustration Art
In the early and mid-1920's, Ripley painted many covers for Adventure magazine. Does anyone know whether any of this art, or any of his other illustration art from this period, survives? I know that many artists, once they moved out of the illustration market, destroyed their earlier work.

1941 3 Grouse under pine tree oil painting snow scene
I have noticed alot of 1941 3 grouse snow scene paintings and i also have one.It is an oil painting of 2 hen birds,one on the left and one on the right with the male in the middle.All are on the ground under a big pine tree in the snow.This was found in Lambertville,New Jersey.Size is Approx.24x36inches.Is this an original?
