My father was in the Pasadena Regional Hospital in July, 1945, recovering from a WWII injury. I have a signed pencil sketch of him (my father) done by Ejnar Hansen. Can anyone tell me more about this artist and his volunteer work at the Pasadena Regional Hospital, circa 1945?

My granddmother, Eleanor Wilson (no relation) studied with Ejnar Hansen in Pasadena in the 1930’s, at the complex which is now the Pacific Asia Museum. We have a watercolor of his, a landscape with a Scandanavian church.
