John Altoon Sketch
In 1954 I was a good friend of the actess Fay Spain.(God's Little Acre) At that time she was dating John Altoon. I admired his paintings.Fay and I were going in different directions, but managed to see each other ocasionally. I went to their home one day, and John gave me a pen sketch and although unnamed,it is signed "Altoon". It is a mother and child and is beautiful. It has been buried in my many boxes all these years. Although it is rather small, I intend to have it framed and display it in my home.

John Altoon 1949-1950
While I was attending Fred Archer Photo School, Altoon was at Otis Art Institute. He was a willing subject for my camera and I made what I consider some creative portraits of him
He did a pen and ink sketch of me but did not sign it since he felt it was not good.. I still have it and love it.
