think it is bad luck because of the frog. I have grown to love it.

I have an old damaged copy of Little Old Man of the Woods and would like to find a source of inexpensive prints of the painting. Does anyone know of a source.

A goat in pastel
I weas a student at Greenfield Village where Mr Bacon was working and also teaching art classes to some of the students . I was doing a goat in pastels and the picture is mostly his. He must have been a very patient man.

I had this old print in my room as a child (40+ years ago). I just found out that there are others of you out there!!! It scared the hell out of me as a child. But I have had it the center of my home for years now. Did he do any similar to this? Lori

Thank you for the info. I had heard about him being sponsored protege of Henry Ford. You have added much more. At one time I had often view the picture of the swamp, an male elf w/wire glasses, holding a palette of colors and a brush, painting the back of a large frog. Have you seen this? and if so is there more of the same? Where can one see more of his work? Thank You
