Is it real
I recently obtained a framed and signed piece of art work by Bruno Ertz.
It is titled Snow Goose.It seems to be an original fram and matting as well. The matte has a hand lettered name of the picture. Was wonering who to contact to find the value, as well if it is a true piece.

Ertz Woodcock Tray
I also purchased a wooden tray with the Shoreline Studios, chicago sticker, looks like cutout, embossed, and varnished image mounted on a board with lenticels resembling birch bark, and the mahogany frame has traylike handles on the edges, it is about 8 by 14 and is signed ERTZ in block capital letters in either technical pen or pencil. It came from an estate sale in Glenview north of Chicago, quite handsome. Anyone know if this was a medium he marketed?

I brough a wood picture frame of a bird, and the signature on the bottom corner of the artist name is ERTZ, I wanted to know how do you find out is this an original, because there is no first name just the artist last name

Early Ertz 1907 & 1910
My Grandmother had an original painting of Ertz. It is a mother cradleing her baby in her arms, standing on a beach, probably Lake Michigan.It is very tender and moving(1907). Also, another original,of a bird peering out of a hole in a tree, very delicate. His love of nature and humanity are very apparent.(1910)

found piece of art
it is signed ertz not really sure if it is one of his pieces it is a tray with a pheasant. The tray is a beautiful wood and the pheasant looks to be carved out of wood and painted with glass over it. It comes from Shoreline Studios Inc. Individual Creations. It is a very old piece not really sure what I have but it is signed by the artist.

I purchased 4 of his bird pictures 10yrs. ago-they are quite simple-done on poster or const. paper, but included his obituary and an original handbill from his show in Manitowoc in the 60's. Any idea of value?
