Tschacbasov was friends with my father. I met him a few times in my home town of East Hampton, NY. I have an original painting of his that he gave my father.

I am the son of Tschacbasov's oldest sister Pauline, also deceased. He gave many paintings to my mother. One is a fish painting he signed in 1947 " To Pauline". Most of the paintings I have of fishes and several are of clowns. Also have several ceramic ashtrays.
