I HAVE A 16 1/2 INCH TERRACOTTA PLATE SIGNED MIGUEL MARTINEZ ON THE BACK. BLUE PASLEY STYLE HAND PAINTED DESIGN ALL OVER WITH A SHIELD IN THE MIDDLE. IS THIS A WORK OF THE FAMOUS ARTIST MIGUEL MARTINEZ?

I have one of Miguel Martinez's graphics. It appears to be a turquoise snake with three sets of legs. It's mouth is open with crossed tongues. Behind this appears to be a mandela decorated with two groups of three feathers that are mounted on the outside of the mandela. The colors are red, gold, purple, black, white and turquoise.
