Frank Gallo's proposal to put Lincoln head outside Urbana, IL courthouse
Haven't been able to find a way to contact Mr Gallo directly; I just wanted to say how perfect his idea is! Lincoln used to practice law in the Urbana, IL courthouse which has just gotten a renovation. What it hasn't gotten is a better class of law enforcement officials, including the judges. Gallo's idea of of putting a huge Lincoln head outside the courthouse is a perfect balance between praise for the man and a mild rebuke of the present set of dunderheads plying their trade there. How he was able to see all that is beyond me.
