Carle Vernet/Napoleon La Grand Piece I recently purchased a piece by Carle Vernet. I have been unable to track any information about it. It is a B&W piece shouwing Napoleon riding a beautiful horse. Floating above him is an Angel who is holding above his head a crown of leaves and possible olive branches? Atop that is a banner in which reads CAMPAGNES D'ITALIE. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

"La Chasse" I aquired this one litho of Carle's and two of joseph vernet.I've been interneting for several hours looking at all the different lithos by Carle and debucourt and I havent come across this one.[[]discription] 10"x15"litho.O.A.20"x14"including margins, press mark all around outer margin, both names on bottom border, signed by Carle@bottom right.[[]scene]- one man ,on horse, red long coat, riding whip, french horn on shoulder, two hounds, all jumping a creek giving 'chasse'. the wooden fram is rikity and held together by square nails. Is this one rare because I cant find another on the net?,or so common, its better use would be covering up a broken window? I paid a dollar-fifty cents for this at a marin county yardsale around ten years ago,the proprietor said "for an extra buck-fifty,you could take the other two with you.So I did,my wife [[]at the time]got mad at me for bringing home more old junk. Can someone tell me if I did the right thing?I got rid of her because I needed more room for "old junk"
