Lakota Maiden's I saw R. S. Riddick's wonderful Prix de West award-winning "Lakota Water Maidens" at the Cowboy Hall of Fame and fell in love with it. Unfortunately the price was far out of my range, but I did purchase a museum-quality print and had it framed. It hangs in my home among original oils and watercolors, and I probably love it more than any of them. His mastery of color, and his sense of place make his works speak on such a personal level.

R.S. Riddick Having been a docent at the NCHF, I am familiar with Mr. Riddick's work. I am imprressed with his work. I have spoken with him at the Prix de West. He is a charming man, and a wonderful artist. I hope to take a workshop from him, soon.
