Marion Wachtel Painting I own
When I was a little girl, a three panel painting in a large siver frame hung in my grandmother's dining room. When her estate was about to be settled we were asked if we wanted anything from the house. I asked for the painting. It now hangs in my living room and gives my guests and family members much pleasure. It is quite a conversation piece. At one point I thought it was fading and had a professional look at it. Where I thought it was fading is actually smoke that rises in the picture from a fire burning. Would welcome any comments or knowledge someone may have on my piece.
