Biography   Albert Parella


Albert L. Parella (A.W.S.) was a graduate of Cleveland School of Art and a member of the American Watercolor Society, Audubon Artists, Society of Painters in Casein, Knickerbocker Artists. He was a former trustee for the Butler Institute of American Art and was the first recipient of the Butler Institute's Medal of Service to the Arts.

He served in the Air Force as a graphic artist and camouflage expert. He taught advertising art at the Cleveland Museum School, Butler Institute of American Art and Youngstown State University. He was art director at WKBN-TV in Youngstown.

He showed consistently in all national shows including American Watercolor Society, Watercolor U.S.A., National Academy of Design, Audubon Artists,   ...  Displaying 750 of 1642 characters.
