Biography Albert D'Andrea
Director of Planning and Design for the City of New York from 1948 to 1967, he came to the United States from Italy in 1901. He was a faculty member of the City College of New York from 1918 to 1948 and Professor of Art and Chairman of the Art Department from 1948 to 1968.
