At the Ohio History Center, a Civil War adventure involving a stolen train is wrecking havoc in the heart of the Confederacy. "The Great Locomotive Chase" of 1862 was captured in a panorama of 17 paintings by Albert Ruger, a 19th century draftsman from Akron. The original first panel of the panorama and reproductions of all the rest, which are too fragile to display, will be on view through December 29 in the Center.
