“The watercolors of Alice Abeel, Auburn artist, will be on exhibit in the art gallery of the Berkeley Women’s City Club. …This is Miss Abeel’s first one-man exhibit in the Bay Region. Her first one-man show was held in May at the Crocker Art Gallery in Sacramento. … Miss Abeel has spent the last four years teaching music and art in the Auburn public schools. She is a graduate of the California College of Arts and Crafts as well as the University of California.
