Andrew Dominick Sanders (1918-)
Born in Erie, Pennsylvania, he graduated in 1942 from the Philadelphia Museum School of Industrial Arts (now The Philadelphia College of Art). He served as instructor of drawing, painting and art history at the Ringling School of Art in Sarasota, Florida from 1949 until 1959, and as instructor of drawing and painting at The Columbus College of Art and Design in Columbus, Ohio from 1960 to 1963. In 1964, he started the Art School in Erie and served as Director of the school.
