Born in Muscatine, IA in 1881. Wilhelm studied at the AIC. He was a resident of St Paul, MN in 1916-26. By 1930 he had moved to Los Angeles and was an employee of the Times. He died there on July 10, 1934. Exh: Minnesota State Fair, 1916; Newspaper Artists of LA, 1932.
