Cecil Ramona Brehman was born in Ohio on May 13, 1914. Brehman was painting at an early age. While a resident of Alameda during the 1920s, she painted still lifes, landscapes of the San Francisco Bay area and the coast at La Jolla. She often signed her paintings with the super imposed monogram CRB. Her married name was Webb at the time of her demise in Mendocino, CA on April 3, 1989. Exh: Oakland Art Gallery, 1928.
