Biography   Chester Boterf

Earned a BA from the Univ. of Kansas, Lawrence in 1959.  Studied at the Art Students League, at Hunter College from 1963-64, and earned a MFA from Columbia Univ. in
1965.  Taught at Hunter College, 1965-71, at the Brooklyn Museum Art School in 1973,
and at Rice Univ., 1973-75.

Exhibitions: Des Moines Art Center, 1968; Indianapolis Museum of Art, 1968-69; Finch College, 1971; Rice Univ., 1974. Collections: Museum of Modern Art; Columbia Univ.; Aldrich Museum; Des Moines Art Center.
