Drusilla (R.) Albert was active/lived in Washington, Minnesota.  Drusilla Albert is known for sculpture, woodcuts, lithographs.

Biography   Drusilla (R.) Albert

The following is from Cherri Copley Mott, second cousin of Drusilla Albert.

I have all of her remaining works of art including what is thought to be either woodcuts or lithographs, many of which are amazingly detailed.  The works I have were smuggled out of Germany by her husband, George Kidd, in a courier pouch which he mailed to himself at the Pentagon.  Her husband was a reporter with the Associated Press and than when World War II broke out, he joined the navy as a commissioned officer working for Naval Intelligence. 

Drusilla has two of her sculptures at the Seattle Art Museum.  She also did a frontise piece for Hettie Gray Baker, Jack London's editor, who was a writer with 20th Century Fox for y   ...  Displaying 750 of 1160 characters.
