Earl is primarly self- taught. He studied at the Art Student League under Hosip Zenken and attended workshops by Helen Van Wcyk at her studio. Earl took a interest in art at 14 years old and since that time has created in various mediums. His artwork is influenced by Emile A. Gruppe and Helen Van Wcyk.
