Born in San Francisco, CA on Nov. 1, 1895. Sellon studied at the San Francisco Institute of Art. As a government topographer he helped survey Alaska's boundaries. He then worked in San Francisco for Western Lithograph Company until the outbreak of WWII. During the war he ws a draftsman for the aircraft industry and continued in this line of work in Los Angeles until his demise on June 16, 1963.
