This information is from Cecilia Brown and "is taken from the Tuesday, Sept. 4, 1973 obituary (which I have a copy of) printed in 'The Evening Bulletin,' Philadelphia, Pennsylvania:
"Edward Warwick, former dean of the Philadelphia College of Art, died Thursday at a nursing home. He was 91 and had lived at the Cambridge Apartments, School House Lane, Germantown.
Mr. Warwick served as dean of the College of Art from 1933 to 1955. Prior to becoming dean at the school, which was then called the Philadelphia Museum College of Art, he taught and lectured there for 20 years.
He was a graduate of the Delancey School and attended the University of Pennsylvania and the Philadelphia Museum College of Art. He was the son of Charles
