Elizabeth Florence Baskerville McNaughton was born in Los Angeles, California on January 19, 1906. She studied at the Chouinard Art School under F. Tolles Chamberlin, Carl Knath, and several Japanese masters.
In 1931 she wed Kenneth McNaughton and, as an Air Force officer's wife, traveled widely. She settled in Pebble Beach, California in 1964 and died there on July 19, 1991.
An Impressionist, her work includes mother and child subjects, landscapes, portraits, florals, and scenes from her world travels.
