Elizabeth Hale Driggs (1896-1977)
A watercolor painter, she was the sister of Precisionist Elsie Driggs. They grew up in New Rochelle, NY.
They studied watercolor painting together and while young, also studied nursing. When an epidemic broke out in New York City, the family sent them out west where they continued to paint and further their art studies. They later returned to New York and Elsie went on to become a famous artist. Elizabeth stayed in New York and continued painting watercolors. She was a member of several artist societies.
She died in 1977.
