Born in California of French parents on Dec. 1, 1889. Crapuchettes studied at the Mark Hopkins Art Institute, and lived in the San Francisco Bay area all his life. At the advent of WWII he moved down the peninsula to San Mateo where he remained until his death on Jan. 24, 1972. Exh: Oakland Art Gallery, 1920, 1927; Marin Co.
