Born in California on April 17, 1898. By the late 1930s Mrs. Woosley had settled in San Diego. She had a studio in the Spanish Village in Balboa Park and was active in the local art scene. She died at her home in Ramona, CA on Dec. 4, 1984. Her work includes landscapes of San Diego's back country. Member: San Diego Art Guild.
