Biography Francis Hoppin
Francis Laurens Vinton Hoppin studied at Brown University, MIT, and the Ecole des Beaux Arts, Paris. He traveled throughout Europe and the US on painting excursions. He worked as a perspective drawing specialist for architectural firm McKim, Mead and White, N.Y., 1886-1894, later forming his own firm with Terrence Koen.
