Frank Anderson, the artist, died at his home, in Peekskill, on Thursday, after a brief illness from congestion of the brain. He was born in Mount Sterling, Ohio, in 1844, and had been a prominent resident of Peekskill since 1863. He has long been known as a contributor to the Academy of Design exhibition of paintings.
