The following is submitted by Carol Reid, from information obtained from data in the Toronto Public Library and Roy Compton's article. Reid has "an original pen and pencil illustration of Fred Pegram. I am unaware of the title, but it is of a young lady and older lady having tea in front of a fireplace."

Black and white artist and illustrator born in London on 19th of December 1870 Fred Pegram was first cousin of H., C.E. and R. Brock (qq.v.). He joined the staff of The Queen and then "The Pall Mall Gazette" in 1886, having studied under Fred Brown and spent some time in Paris.
