Frederick Robbins

Frederick Goodrich Robbins was active/lived in Massachusetts, California, Illinois.  Frederick Robbins is known for portrait, townscape, etching, miniature.

Biography   Frederick Robbins

Painter, etcher, born in Oak Park, Illinois on May 8, 1893.  Robbins studied at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts.  During the 1920s he maintained a studio-home in San Francisco and further studied at the California School of Fine Arts under Macky and Randolph.

Robbins was a resident of Los Angeles in 1929, Berkeley in 1936, and by 1940 had moved to Westborough, Massachusetts.  He died in January 1974.
