Biography   Frederick Fenetty


Frederick M. Fenetty was born in 1854 in St. John, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Canada, and died in 1915 in Brookline, Massachusetts.

Living in Boston, he exhibited extensively at the Boston Art Club, the National Academy of Design in New York City, the Poland Springs Art Gallery in Maine, and the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts in Philadelphia. Specializing in floral paintings, Fenetty often utilized different signatures, including F. Fenetty, F. Fenety, and F. Fenetti.
