Friedrich (called "Fritz", full first name Friedrich Franz Ludwig Heinrich) Busack (born January 3, 1899 in Hannover, † January 5, 1933 ibid) was a German painter, representative of the Hanoverian Secession and the New Objectivity.
Born at the time of the German Empire as the son of a typesetter, Fritz Busack spent his childhood and youth in the house Engelbosteler dam 21 (today: house number 40).
After the First World War, he participated in the first exhibition of the Hanoverian Secession in the rooms of the Kestner Society as early as 1918, although he did not attend the local arts and crafts school until 1919.
