Georgia Emery Loring was born in Omro, Wisconsin
on Jan. 23, 1873. By 1893 Loring had settled in Oakland. She studied at the Mark Hopkins Art Institute for nine years. By the 1940s she was the wife of F. I. Bamford. She died in Carmel, CA on Dec. 9, 1966.
