Born in Sacramento, CA on March 4, 1902. Rusk studied at the CSFA in the 1920s and later was an art restorer at the De Young Museum and CPLH for 34 years. He died in San Francisco on Oct. 3, 1979. Exh: SFAA, 1920s; Bohemian Club, 1928; Duncan Vail Co. (SF), 1931. In: De Young Museum.
