Jean Kellogg was active/lived in California.  Jean Kellogg is known for landscape and marine painting, etcher.

Biography   Jean Kellogg

A painter of landscape and marine subjects and an etcher, Jean Kellogg was a resident of Monterey, California.  She was born in Berkeley to prominent parents, Vernon and Charlotte Kellogg, who did major post World War I relief work in Poland and Belgium before settling in California.

Jean Kellogg took her art training for three years at the Yale School of Fine Art, at the Art Students League, and in Washington DC at the Corcoran Gallery of Art and Phillips Memorial Gallery. 

She later had instruction from Henry Varnum Poor, Clifford Beale, Karl Knaths, and had a long apprenticeship with Paul Dougherty.

In the 1950s, she devoted much of her time to etching, and in 1960, she married artist Jame   ...  Displaying 750 of 1120 characters.
