John Spence Ingall (1850 - 1936) was an English landscape artist. He painted mostly with watercolor. Active in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, he was a founder of the School of Art member Staithes in North Yorkshire.
He lived in Runswick and spent his winters in Tangier, a city whose representations we know today.
