Judith Scott's sculptures sit like large, unopened, possibly unopenable bundles, contents unknown, in the Elizabeth A. Sackler Center for Feminist Art at the Brooklyn Museum. In a few, objects can be made out under layers of tightly bound string, rope and fabric strips: a child's chair, wire hangers, and in one ambitious instance a not-at-all disguised shopping cart.
