Born in Geneva, Switzerland on July 29, 1881. Suppo studied in Paris at Ecole des Beaux Arts. He came to California in 1915 and worked for over 25 years for W. R. Hearst at San Simeon where he did teak cornices, inlaid bookcases, the carved elevator, ceilings, doors, and walls. A longtime resident of San Francisco, he died in Larkspur, CA on Feb. 29, 1964.
