Born in San Francisco, CA on Feb. 22, 1895. Pommer studied at the CSFA under Otis Oldfield. He was active on the Federal Art Project in the 1930s. His media include watercolor, oil, pastel, and tempera. He died in San Francisco on Oct. 14, 1945. Member: SFAA; Calif. Society of Etchers (director).
