An alumna of PAFA (the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts), she was was a painter, sculptor, muralist and illustrator during her career.
Laicita Warburton Worden also used her married name Laicita Worden Gregg in later years. She was born Sept. 25, 1892 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; died August 26, 1975 in Rutland Vermont, and is buried in Troy. She lived in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Washington, D.C., Greenwich and Wilton, Connecticut, Orlando, Florida, and Rutland Vermont, and was married to Kenneth Philbrick Gregg in 1919. Her work in the early 1920's included fine children's portraits with an American impressionist style.
