Born in Los Angeles, CA on Feb. 12, 1912, Marian Curtis studied at the Chouinard Art School under Phil Dike, Phil Paradise, and Pruett Carter. During the 1930s and early 1940s she was active in Laguna Beach.
The wife of John Manning, she died in her native city on Nov. 12, 1972.
