Biography Marjorie Mason
Marjorie Mason was born in New York City in 1955. She graduated from The Shipley School in 1974 and received her BFA from the Rhode Island School of Design in 1981. Her process of painting "wet on wet" in oil produces unique and beautiful effects when printed. The final painting "echoes the transparency of a watercolor, the mystery of pastel and the permanence of oil".
