Mary E. Trivett (1868-1941) is most known for her completion of a large-scale mural which adorned the Woman's Building (and probably one for the Arkansas Building) at the 1893 World's Columbian Exposition. These murals are works in oil on canvas that are in numerous segments, which are part of the permanent collection of the Arkansas History Commission in Little Rock, AR, as well as appearing as part of a frieze in a the parlor of the Historic Drennen-Scott House in Van Buren, AR. (placed by the family following the display in the [Woman's/Arkansas] building?) The murals housed in these Arkansas collections
