Milo Kendall Winter, Sr. was active/lived in New York, Illinois.  Milo Winter Sr is known for child book illustration-fantasy.

Biography   Milo Winter, Sr.


An illustrator of books including Aesop's Fables, Arabian Nights, Alice in Wonderland, and Gulliver's Travels, Milo Winter was born in Princeton, Illinois and lived in New York City.  From 1947 to 1949, he was the art editor of Childcraft books and from 1949, was the art editor in the film strip division of Silver Burdett Company.
