Nikolaos Alektorides was active/lived in Greece.  Nikolaos Alektorides is known for painting.

Biography   Nikolaos Alektorides

Self-taught in Constantinople, Nikolaos Alektorides studied briefly under the Italian painter F. Zonaro.  In 1893 Alektorides came to Athens and worked on hagiography.  He was the author of the journal Gallery, as well as a founding member and General Secretary of the Greek Art Society in 1905.  His subjects include portraits, mythological compositions with religious content and genre painting, all influenced by his academic training.

• Art Exhibition Constantinople (1902, 1903)
• Athens International (1907, 1908, 1909)
• Greek Art Society in Cairo (1909)
• International Maritime Exhibition in Bordeaux (1907) and won a gold medal.
