Biography   Pamela Ravenel


Pamela Hart Brown Vinton  was born on January 28, 1883 in Brookline, Massachusetts.  She died on October 13, 1955 in Woodstock, New York.  She lived in 1917 in Roland Park in Baltimore.  Her name was listed as Mrs. Vinton-Strunz.  She was a painter, studying at the Maryland Institute and in Paris.  She was associated with the art colony at Woodstock, New York.  She is known to have lived in St. Mary's, Georgia, an area that Woodstock artists are known to have spent winters in the late 1930's and early 1940's.
